Takeaways & what I want to Implement

Takeaways:

• Finding books you are specifically searching for being hard to find
• Settings and menu within the app for changing fonts, size of text and changing page colors is hard and/ or frustrating
• People don’t like or are less likely to lend physical books and lending ebook isn’t possible. when they do lend books, they mostly don’t get them back.
• A struggle to lend books both physical and digital (illegal downloads).

For implementation:

• By adding a donation section for the digital books, more books for people to choose.
• Also the lending and swapping opens the limit on books people want to read.
• Permitting all language versions of books or being able to swap with anyone around the world also gives people the chance to read those books digitally.
• Giving people more options to change fonts, size and page colors, and/or adding more personalization
